We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and contact you for opt-in sales, to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you'll find valuable. We NEVER sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

RETURN POLICY

If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions and availability. Returns of any item must be done within 30 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For help with returns, please email sales@remarkablemaven.com. Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, and custom orders are excluded. In addition, items containing both wood and silver and antique leather goods are excluded.

Order Cancelation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 day fom the time that your order was placed. Please email us at sales@remarkablemaven.com .

Security
You can feel secure in your shopping and orders because we DO NOT store your credit card information. It may be a little inconvenient for you to re-enter it each time you order, but it can't be stolen because we don't keep it.

Order processing and interactions with our credit card processor are secured via industry standard SSL encryption and certified site certificates.
Tax

RemarkableMaven.com shall withhold the applicable sales or VAT tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Israel. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, VAT taxes or customs duties on orders shipped to any other state or country.

International Orders

All non-US customers must pay by credit card. We do not accept wire transfers. All non-US orders must have the same ship to and bill to address entered on their order that is on file with the credit card issuer. Non-US orders cannot be shipped to a different address. Any order placed with a non-US credit card is considered a non-US order. Any order placed from outside the United States is considered an non-US Order, with the exception of U.S. Military Personnel. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the customer upon product arrival.
