The great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, extended the way of prayer of the Baal Shem Tov to make it more universal and effective for the average person. He presents the way of "Conversation with G-d", easier than structured kabbalistic meditation but still a meditative prayer experience.

This book presents that path.

In addition to the primary content, the sefer contains Tikun HaKlali as well as a series of special tefilot for specific segulot and situations (such as visiting the kever of a tzaddik, a tefilah for a zivug, etc.)
